The management of Bayero University, Kano has ordered all students in the two campuses of the school to vacate their hostels on, or before March 20, 2022.
The directive followed the recent extension of the industrial action by the Academic Staff Union of University (ASUU), for another two months.
This was contained in a statement by the Information and Publication Secretary of the BUK, Bala Abdullahi.
The statement said the Management of the Institution will from the date issued, suspend the provision of all municipal services to the hostels.
He said the management took the decision, to forestall any acts of criminality and danger to students.
