A Twitter user, Shola, has given timely advice to salary earners about accommodation. He stated that their annual rent should not be higher than their monthly.
According to the user if a person’s yearly rent is higher than his monthly salary, such a person is being underpaid and should therefore get a better paying job.
His words,
“How about you rephrase it to this:
“If your annual rent is higher than your one month salary, you are at the wrong job.â€
