One of the GSM markets in Kano State experienced the collapse of a two-story building that was under construction.
At around 3:00 pm on Tuesday, August 30, a building on Beirut Road, a bustling part of Kano city, fell.
At the time this report was submitted, it was feared that many people were trapped beneath the rubble.
According to a witness, the building fell on top of cars, and three people were pulled alive from the debris.
Emergency personnel had already arrived on the location for a rescue effort as of the time of this reporting.
