WAEC Subjects to Study Agricultural and Bioresources Engineering
You are expected to have not less than five (5) credit passes in your SSCE (WAEC, NECO, GCE). Below are the five compulsory subjects required to Study Agricultural and Bioresources Engineering:
1). Use of English Language.
2). Chemistry.
3). Physics.
4). Mathematics.
5). One other subject from the following subjects; Tractor Layout Power Unit Under Carriage and Auto Electricity; Transmission System; Implement and Machine; Agric Sc. or Materials & Workshop Process and Machining, Construction and Maintenance of Agricultural Machines; Principles of Crop Husbandry and Land Use, Materials and Workshop Processes; General Wood Work and Building/Engineering Drawing, general Metal Work.
WAIVER / SPECIAL CONSIDERATION
*. The University of Nigeria Nsukka requires five (5) O’ level credit passes which must include Maths, Physics, and Chemistry in not more than two sittings.
Direct Entry Requirements
If you don’t intend to gain admission through UTME then you must ensure that you satisfy the requirements that will be listed below if you want to gain admission through Direct Entry to study Agricultural and Bio-Resources Engineering.
- You must ensure you possess an ‘A’ level pass or its equivalent in Physics and Mathematics.
