Please, I needed help to evict a stubborn tenant.
After I left the country and handed over my property to a lawyer, a tenant refused to pay his rent for almost two years without reason.
The matter has been in court for almost two years without success.
The court keeps adjourning the case.
The tenant refuses to pay the rent and has pushed other tenants to start owing too.
Please kindly suggest the best way out of this situation.
