Inter-University transfer window has been opened by the Osun State University, UNIOSUN, amidst incessant strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities.
This implies that any undergraduate student who wishes to transfer his studentship to UNIOSUN, can do so.
In a statement on its website, https://www.uniosun.edu.ng/index.php/item/1866-2022-2023-admission-exercise-notice-of-inter-university-transfer.html, it says, “This is to inform all the prospective applicants intending to transfer their studentship to Osun State University that the University has commenced the sales of Inter University Transfer Form for the 2022/2023 Academic Session.”
Candidates that wish to transfer their studentship to UNIOSUN should visit https://www.uniosun.edu.ng or https://admissions.uniosun.edu.ng to complete and submit their applications. However, they must provide correct information which will be verified accordingly.
They are also expected to forward their Academic Transcripts to the Registrar of Osun State University”.
The statement also directed intending candidates to register on-line by accessing the University website: https://www.uniosun.edu.ng or https://admissions.uniosun.edu.ng to complete and submit an application.
They are expected to print two (2) copies of the application form after submission.
However, “candidates expelled or withdrawn from other universities based on academic record or disciplinary cases shall not be considered for transfer to Osun State University.
Any applicant who fails to process his/her academic transcript directly from Academic Affairs Unit to Osun State University will not be considered, among other conditions”.
According to the statement, UNIOSUN will not accept transferred candidates into Law (LLB), Common and Islamic Law (LLB), Nursing (B.N.Sc.) and M.B.B.S programmes this academic session.
